As the exam is proctored, I don't think you will find any that have exams dumps. Furthermore, the exam is not about remembering 45 questions, but more about if you have the right fundamental understanding of ServiceNow and a basic understanding of the HR application. So my best advise to you is, study so you understand the different perspectives, work with the HR module for some time and spend the time to be curious about the module - then i'm sure you will pass the exam.
