clarification csa exam voucher claimed

Hi,

I claimed a voucher today for the CSA exam. I understand that after November 17, the online exam will be administered through Pearson VUE instead of Webassessor.

Could you please clarify whether my voucher will still be valid for use after November 17, or if it will expire, requiring me to pay for the exam?

It will be valid but in new system there is no need of vouchers. So just wait, nothing to worry

So my voucher will be associated directly to my account once i want to schedule an exam right?

The vendor migration period runs from November 3 to November 17, 2025.

During this time:

• Vouchers cannot be claimed or redeemed on Webassessor (Kryterion). 
• No new exam registrations or scheduling will be allowed on Webassessor (Kryterion).
• Any exams scheduled during this time will be canceled by Kry, and users will need to reschedule once the new platform is live.
• No new vouchers will be issued for courses completed during this period. The system will monitor these users, and they will be able to register for exams once the new platform is live.

After November 17, all exam registrations and scheduling will take place on the new platform. Your certification records and exam history will transfer automatically, so no action is required on your part.

Hi @MariapaolaP - from now on, you can forget about vouchers, they're not relevant under the new system.

The process going forward will be:

1. Do the training (or don't, it's up to you)

2. When you feel you're capable of passing the cert, book and pay for the exam.

3. Sit the exam

That's it. Vouchers are no longer issued after you complete training, and they're no longer required to book an exam.
