clarification csa exam voucher claimed

Hi,

I claimed a voucher today for the CSA exam. I understand that after November 17, the online exam will be administered through Pearson VUE instead of Webassessor.

Could you please clarify whether my voucher will still be valid for use after November 17, or if it will expire, requiring me to pay for the exam?

It will be valid but in new system there is no need of vouchers. So just wait, nothing to worry

Yes it ill be valid and all our accounts will be ported to new system - Pearson. we all are waiting this to be happened so we all are in same boat. 🙂

Just to clarify - the voucher was never a free pass to sit the exam. Even with a voucher, you still had to pay to sit the exam. So nothing is changing there.

I've a voucher that i should use in webassessor when i've to schedule and pay the exam.

No, you can't use your voucher when the Pearson Vue system goes live from Nov 18 - but that's because vouchers will no longer be used or required under the new system.

The voucher was never a free pass to sit the exam. Even with a voucher, you still had to pay to sit the exam (unless you completed a $2500 Instructor Led Training course).

So nothing is changing there. Regardless of whether you took the exam last week, or you take it in two weeks time, you still need to pay, whether you have a voucher or not.

There’s no concept of a voucher on the new vendor side. I’d still suggest logging a Now Learning case and asking the team to clarify it before losing anything.
