UPDATE FEBRUARY 5, 2025, 3:23 PM PST: Credit card processing has been restored on Now Learning.  You may now complete transactions as usual .  The Certification Maintenance Program and Delta exam windows will be extended until April 30, 2025, to account for the unexpected downtime.

We want to inform you about an issue currently affecting our ability to process credit card transactions on Now Learning.  Payment with Learning Credits remains unaffected.  We want to assure you this will not impact the Certification Maintenance Program and all learners will be given adequate time to complete their renewals and deltas. 

 

What This Means for You:

  • Credit Card Transactions: At this time, we cannot accept credit card payments.
  • Learning Credit transactions can still be processed
  • All Delta and Renewal windows will remain unaffected

 

We understand this may cause inconvenience and are exploring alternative solutions to minimize disruption.

Any updates on this? It’s not bad enough that your voucher is voided if you cancel a scheduled test but now its been a week and I can't even buy a replacement one.  Is there any way to sell learning credits through acthurd party?  This is ridiculous.

I have two courses left to complete before my certification, and they both require payment before they can be accessed. Please walk me through the alternative way(s) to pay for them since credit card payment has been restricted.

Good morning - I am attempting to purchase the CSA program and am still unable to do so due to the credit card processing being down - I am c urious to see if anyone has an update as to when this may be resolved? Thank you!

The lack of any meaningful updates from ServiceNow is annoying.

 

This is clearly related to the collapse of Digital River, and I appreciate that onboarding a new Merchant of Record in these circumstances is a major undertaking.

 

But it's been over a week so it would be nice to have an update and an indicative timeline.

 

ServiceNow is fortunate that credit card transactions are only a minor percentage of its revenue. For most other companies impacted by Digital River, if they haven't replaced their MOR by now, they would be close to going broke.

Hi @abuemmanuel - sorry, there are no alternatives unless you work for an official ServiceNow partner company, in which case there is a learning credits system that's used to buy training.

Hi @kjh1138 - no sorry, there's no way to trade learning credits through a third party. Unless you work for a ServiceNow partner org, there's no option but to wait for this to be fixed.

Hi,

I'm also one of the many that is unable to register for the delta exam. I'm concerned regarding the comment - 

  • All Delta and Renewal windows will remain unaffected

So, if I can't register for the exam until X date and god forbid, I fail it.  I need to wait 24 hours.  Are you planning to push the expiration date out day for day that I'm unable to register for the delta exam?

I am unable to pay for the CAD exam voucher. Would like to know when this will be resolved or if there is an alternate way of payment.

The way I read it, ServiceNow is planning extend the time we have to complete deltas once the issue is resolved. So don't worry.
