CSA Badge Not Received After Passing Exam

Hi Community,

I urgently need assistance regarding my CSA badge. I successfully passed the CSA exam more than three days ago, and in My exam section, it clearly shows that I have passed. I also received the official scorecard from PearsonVue confirming my success.

Despite this, I still haven’t received my badge. I raised a case with ServiceNow over three days ago, but there has been no resolution or update. This delay is concerning, as the badge is an important recognition of the effort and preparation invested in achieving this milestone.

Can anyone help me resolve this or guide me on how to escalate it to the right team? Any assistance to address this promptly would be greatly appreciated.

Hello @kanisharora ,

You will get that certificate just wait if you didn't received anything ,raise the Case to respective team on the mail where you got score, see if there is any mail to raise your concern from there you can do.

you can link your SN University account with Credly, there will be the badges available if you make them public:

Yoiu can navigate to: https://learning.servicenow.com/now/lxp/learning-dashboard 

and scroll to My Achievements and find there your badges:

However for CSA - which is a mainline exam - I think there's no badge, only the credential (= certificate) which you can download with the three dots as per the screenshot above.
