Hi Community,
I urgently need assistance regarding my CSA badge. I successfully passed the CSA exam more than three days ago, and in My exam section, it clearly shows that I have passed. I also received the official scorecard from PearsonVue confirming my success.
Despite this, I still haven’t received my badge. I raised a case with ServiceNow over three days ago, but there has been no resolution or update. This delay is concerning, as the badge is an important recognition of the effort and preparation invested in achieving this milestone.
Can anyone help me resolve this or guide me on how to escalate it to the right team? Any assistance to address this promptly would be greatly appreciated.
