I passed my ServiceNow Certified System Administrator CSA exam with brilliant results. I got ServiceNow CSA practice test material from P2PExams and it was quite helpful. Using this practice material I got essential exam knowledge. It helped me understand the final exam pattern and types of questions. Practicing with this practice test material I analyzed my progress and overcame my mistakes. On the exam day, I performed well and got success with excellent marks.

Good to hear that you clear the exam and hope with brilliant results, because if you clear the exam SN never share the %age or passing score , we get only Pass or Fail.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Greetings! Could you please share if you've used any other services or programs? I'm also gearing up for the exam this year. Perhaps you know of some excellent books or courses? I'd be grateful for any recommendations!

There is a very good collection of mock exams I took on Udemy and that helped me a lot to familiarize myself with the style of questions that would come up, as well as the main topics. I'd also recommend to complete the Flow designer micro certification first because it's going to come up on the mainline exam. Also, the way the questions are formulated are very similar to the real exam. Passing that first will definitely be a confidence booster . What could be also useful is to revise the knowledge check sections from the new ServiceNow Fundamental course. In general, it's good to follow the carrier journey on the now learning site, it has a lot of course recommendations. If you're interested in books, I can recommend this one: Amazon.com: Learning ServiceNow: Administration and development on the Now platform, for powerful IT... some aspects are outdated, but the basic concepts such as the data schema and relationships could be still useful. Finally, definitely get your hands on the PDI or a lab unless you have one already to explore the instance yourself. Good luck!

I recommend not only reading from a single source but from multiple ones. This way, you can see the big picture and choose the best resources for yourself. To avoid losing motivation, I suggest starting to prepare as soon as possible. A great resource for students is to explore various online platforms, like this one https://gradesfixer.com/essay-types/memoir-essays/ ,that offer excellent examples of memoir-essays. These platforms not only provide guidance on writing techniques but also showcase inspiring examples of personal narratives. By documenting your achievements in this way, you can enhance your self-belief. There are numerous options for such services and methods to keep your motivation high.
