Your customer wants to update a notification, so it is sent to the caller and also to the manager of the caller. how would you approach this requirement?
a) Set who will receive to subscribable
b) on the send to tab, add caller field, dot walk to caller’s manager to add manager.
c) Create workflow and include a notification in the workflow
d) on who will receive tab, select copy manager checkbox. e) on who will receive tab, add caller field, dot walk to caller’s Manager to add managers.

Hi @SarubalaC
Answer is E, under who will receive tab.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @SarubalaC ,
The correct answer would be B.
option d is similar to b but uses incorrect wording ("Managers" instead of "Manager"). Notifications in ServiceNow are configured using precise dot-walking paths, and there is no generic "Managers" field unless custom fields have been created

Hi @SarubalaC
The correct answer is E. On the 'Who Will Receive' tab, you would add the 'Caller' field, then use dot-walking to the caller’s manager to include the manager as a recipient. I have also updated the screenshot for your reference.

If my response was helpful, I would appreciate it if you could mark it as 'Accept as Solution' and click 'Helpful.' This helps both the community and me. Thank you!
