Hi community

I have voucher of CSA and i'm preparing for the exam, my question was till the end of October the exam will be on which release . thank you

Hi @boughanmi-sihem,

It will be based on Utah release till 1st November 2023.

The Exam Maintenance Window for the Vancouver release is scheduled November 1, 2023, through November 15, 2023. You will not be able to schedule an exam during this window.

Greetings!!

If you are planning for exam in Nov, then it will be on Utah release and there is maintenance window which means you cant book the exam during this window.

You need to complete the ServiceNow Fundamental training ( on demand / instructor based) and post that you will get voucher and appear for exam.

What means "delta need to be complete"?

So there are different versions of the CSA exam, called releases, and they periodically change, right? Every 3 months?

Hi @mamamia

Now what happens If you do CSA on Vancouver release then when the next release come you just need to delta exam , means a open book exam with new contents that will help you keep your CSA valid.

In case you missed delta for mainline then you need to do mainline again (means all training / voucher and all stuff)
