Hi community 

I have voucher of CSA and i'm preparing for the exam, my question was till the end of October the exam will be on which release . thank you

Hi @boughanmi-sihem,

It will be based on Utah release till 1st November 2023.

The Exam Maintenance Window for the Vancouver release is scheduled November 1, 2023, through November 15, 2023. You will not be able to schedule an exam during this window.

Greetings!!

If you are planning for exam in Nov, then it will be on Utah release and there is maintenance window which means you cant book the exam during this window.

Should we need to pay separately for ServiceNow Fundamentals and then for CSA certification exam?

Hi @Sindhu G3 ,

You have to pay 300 USD for course and 300 USD for voucher.

If you are working with partner company then only it will be free.
