Is there a limit of attempts to get the CSA servicenow?. i´ve done my 3rd attempt and now appears this message:
"You have a maximum of 4 attempt to achive the certification" but i´ve paid 100 USD in order to have at least 3 attempts, the other 2 attempt were done using a voucher, the second voucher was sent to me by a Servicenow Technician because of several issues during the first exam.
Thank you

You can't review an exam from webassessor. Questions, subjects, scores, etc.: nothing. The only feedback you will get is pass or fail. That's all.

Hi,
Well, no one "agrees" with failing the exam, but for the CSA exam specifically, that is been taken by hundreds if not thousands of people. So the likelihood of you specifically failing it several times because of exam errors (wrong answers marked as correct, etc.) is pretty much non-existent. You'd have more of a case for that argument if it was a brand new mainline exam and you were one of the few few people to take it.
Please ensure you review material from ServiceNow Fundamentals and the CSA Exam Blueprint. You also have the past experiences from the exam you took, so if you remember any of the content, try and look it up. Don't study these other online "exam dumps"...because if that's what you're doing...that would not help you and could be the cause for failure(s).
Otherwise, Mark has given great advice, suggestions, direction in all his responses. Please review those.
