CSA limit attempt

Is there a limit of attempts to get the CSA servicenow?. i´ve done my 3rd attempt and now appears this message:

"You have a maximum of 4 attempt to achive the certification" but i´ve paid 100 USD in order to have at least 3 attempts, the other 2 attempt were done using a voucher, the second voucher was sent to me by a Servicenow Technician because of several issues during the first exam.

Haven't seen any option to get the eBook. Maybe at Now Learning they can tell. It is mentioned that you can buy a hardcopy for 75$, though it's not mentioned where.
