A new employee joins the IT deployment and needs to perform work assigned to Network and Hardware groups. How would you set up their access?

A. Add User Account to IT Knowledgebase

B. Add User Account to ACL

C. Add User Account to Hardware group

D. Add User Account to itll group

E. Add User Account to network group

F. Create User Account

where does this question originate from? It sounds strange... how many answers are correct?

Well, I would say F. Create User Account, because without an account you cannot even access the SN platform... but I really think the question doesn't sound right... 

If more are required, then B. is just nonsense as well as A. and it's not clear what are the 3 remaining groups - Network, Itil and Hardware... if you add users to these groups it doesn't necessarily need to grant the access... it depends on what group roles are assigned and the question doesn't mention it. I repeat, the question is just weird...

But in summary:

F is 100 % correct,

C, D, E - depends on details that are not know - so eventually yes and eventually no...

A and B 100 % incorrect
