CSA - Retake exam

Hi,

I got a voucher for CSA exam and it mentioned first 3 attempts for retake are free while I register for the main exam. Unfortunately I could not clear at the first attempt and when I try to register for retake it is asking for $100. I am working in a company which is partner with ServiceNow and it says certifications are free for partners.

Can somebody please advise is it still applicable - retake of exam for free of cost from ServiceNow? or should I pay $100 for retake? If it is free how can I avail the voucher for retake?

It's really depend on the company your working with. I would assume that your company has a ServiceNow business partner you can reach out to, to investigate the possibilities for free/chargeable CSA voucher.

I am the best example of the same. I appeared for CIS SIR which i failed 2 times (The main attempt and 1 Retake). My first retake was free of cost means I used the same voucher code for 1st retake but in 2nd retake, it was not free. Later I checked with my org. account manager and he told me as per the agreement only 1st retake is free and for retake 2/3/4 $100 plus taxes will be applicable. and I paid for same.

So in this case please check with your manager / SN account manager and clarify. But I am sure, a 2/3/4 retake is chargeable for you.

Hello mam .... May I know did you re take your CSA exam within any fee ?

I was facing the same situation mam... I failed at my first attempt... I want to reschedule take my CSA exam

Hi @MattaparthiUsha - you have to pay $US 100 for the retake unless you work for a ServiceNow partner, in which case it's free.
