Document templates for completed work orders

Hi there, I have configured a custom document template that we need to use for the customer to sign after a work order is completed but I don't have the option to select it on the field service configuration section. I don't get the option to select the document template. How can I fix this?

Things to check

1) is your document template added under category "Field Service"?

2) Is your document template published?

3) if your document template associated to wm_order table only?

I can confirm that the document template is published under the field service category and is on the work order table only.

did you try to clear instance cache using cache.do and then logout and login again?
