Document templates for completed work orders

Hi there, I have configured a custom document template that we need to use for the customer to sign after a work order is completed but I don't have the option to select it on the field service configuration section. I don't get the option to select the document template. How can I fix this?

I have configured the template in the global application scope but its still not showing.
