On my exam day, i was having connections and was told that someone would reach out to me to reschedule my exam. The next day i got an email from on pearson customer service with a case number saying that a new authorization needs to be submitted for me to reschedule my exam. Every time i try to reschedule the exam, i get rerouted to the same expired exam link. Who can i talk to about this?

As you weren't able to give the exam due to your techical issue, there's not much we as the community members, can do to help. You'll need to log a case with the Now Learning team, who can refresh your account and allow you to book the exam again.
