ServiceNow Introduces New Suite Certifications!

Did you know that ServiceNow has released "Professional Plus" Suite Certifications? For those who may be unaware, in the past, there were a few micro-certifications (like Virtual Agent and Predictive Intelligence) that combined with your implementation certification to become a "Professional" Suite Certification. This is to say that you are familiar with not only the main topic of the respective implementation certification, but you're also aware of the "Pro" level which includes additional features that ServiceNow bundles with the Pro package.

For example: when a customer purchases ITSM Pro, they get far more than just ITSM, they also get the fuller version of Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and so on. The Certified Implementation Specialist certification for ITSM only covers ITSM specific topics, not the others mentioned above. So...ServiceNow introduced micro-certifications for those other products and then an overarching "Professional" suite certification to sort of link them all together.

Fast forward to today...we now have Now Assist, one of ServiceNow's AI offerings and with that, the ability to bundle that into a "Pro" level package, like ITSM Pro. So now that the "Pro" package has another additional product that could be bundled in, ServiceNow introduced the "Professional Plus" Suite Certification. This lays on top of the aforementioned "Professional" Suite Certification and is awarded after you complete the respective "Now Assist Implementer" Now Learning course.
