Getting error for Event management fundamental lab 5.1

Hi,

While trying to do lab 5.1 for Event Management fundamental course I am getting an error as below.

Please help in fixing this issue.

Hi Somank! It looks like the error is happening because the lab environment is unable to connect to the SolarWinds server within the timeout period. You can try a few things. First, make sure your network or firewall isn’t blocking access to the IP 198.51.98.70 on port 17778. Sometimes VPNs or local settings can cause this. Next, double-check that the SolarWinds Connector is set up exactly as the lab instructions say, including the URI and credentials. If the host is a shared demo server, it might be temporarily unavailable, so waiting a few minutes and trying again can help. If your setup allows, increasing the connection timeout slightly beyond 10000 ms can also fix this. If it still doesn’t work, sharing a screenshot of your connector configuration usually helps the community figure out the issue faster.
