got stuck in task 2

Hi everyone ,
I'm stuck on Task2, specifically at step3 when i build a filter and run the list of open incidents to show those where the "Assigned to" field is empty and "Assignment Group" is Service Desk i don't get any data, this is because i previously changed the empty value to "Platform User" , I'm completely messed up with data now so that task is not validating its gives me an error if follow right steps .

i need to start these steps from fresh incident. if i roll back the previous steps in history i cant get it to work can anyone help with this matter?

Hi @Vivekraj 

 

As you already change the data and if you know what record it was, you can revert back or make it assign to blank.

 

Or for time., skip this task and move to next one, you need to complete 80% of course to get the voucher. Also intention is to learn which you done., so dont worry and move forward.

Thanks for replay, i have completed other task made progress of 71% , task 2 is dependent on task 4 , i have replaced old values back but it doesn't workout for me .if i tried to do step 6
Make the list a favorite and name it My Incidents. Select a color and icon of your choice.
changes wont reflect . after validate task still showing same error 



Did you filter the list to show in the assigned to column and Service Desk in the Assignment Group c...
