We currently utilize an older CMMS system called TMS. Our system manages medical hardware throughout the life cycle from installation through disposal to document ongoing maintenance of equipment.
We are in the process of transitioning our CMMS to a new ServiceNow based platform. I am here to learn more about ServiceNow and how to improve our hardware management processes with the new software.
