Quick question: I'm new to service now, also trying to pivot to tech. I am interested in taking the Associate PM training but for some reason,  I keep going round in circles.  

I'm  struggling to figure out where exactly to begin from, are the micro -certifications a prerequisite to getting any training on the platform or is it a different aspect entirely? I would appreciate any support I can get from here. Thank you.
