How to get the exam voucher code for "Certified Application Developer"(CAD) certification

HI All,

I am planning to write Certified Application Developer certification please help me how to get the voucher code .?

1. Which course i need to complete to get the voucher (Please provide course link if possible)

Or 

2. Can i directly go to webassessor and proceed the below septs for the exam .?

For question 1:
Application Development Fundamentals

For question 2:
No. It is confusing that there's a price mentioned on webassessor, though that actually does not work. You need a voucher for the first take of the exam. Upon entering the voucher, the prices changes to $0.
No voucher, no exam.

I recently completed the course Application Development Fundamentals (paid $300) and that enabled me to claim the voucher for CAD. Again to claim the voucher , it asks to pay and begin (another $300). Is it recently changed like that any idea?

you have to pay again and claim the voucher. Thats how it works.
