how to make caller field on incident table dependent on department table?

you can use advanced ref qualifier for this

What's your exact requirement?

Example: show caller from department ABC then apply like this

javascript: 'department.name=ABC';

Hi there,

This is the third time you are posting this question since yesterday. One question is enough... also people were responding to one of those questions, which looks like deleted?

If I recall from yesterday, this was about the incident table.

This is already in place out-of-the-box. What is your exact issue?
