I recently discovered that my Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification has been invalidated, and I am now being asked to pay $200 to retake the exam. However, I was not informed about any reasons or policy changes that led to this invalidation.
Would like to check with Support team for any voucher or an alternative way to retake the exam without an additional charge, considering that this was unexpected and not explicitly communicated beforehand.

It should show you in a banner on the NowLearning site. There you are supposed to see which certifications are at risk. But you mentioned that your certifications were already invalidated and that means that you already missed last year's Delta, otherwise it would be 'at risk' and not invalidated.
The only other thing which could have happened is that ServiceNow found irregularities of when you took the exam and invalidated it because of that.
The Xanadu Deltas are available until April 15th. But we don't have access to your NowLearning, so we can't check on what is the matter. I suggest you follow up on your NowLearning case because it sounds very weird that your CAS is now invalidated if you missed the Vancouver Delta and it won't be invalidated if you have to take the Xanadu Delta.
