I am getting a forbidden msg when trying to open "Debug Business Rules" or advanced tab

Sometimes I get forbidden when I try opening the debugger. It happens randomly. Either through the button in the advanced tab or searching and clicking the "Debug Business Rules".

As you said it happened randomly , so it can be assumed you have proper role 'admin' or 'script_debugger' to debug.

Your temporary issue seems to be for platform's session.

Create new session, it will work fine.
