Can someone help me with list of free micro-certifications available in ServiceNow

If I am not wrong all Micro's are free of cost. You login in Now Learning and check once.

Not all are free actually , there are few where you have to compete pre-requite learnings which are are payed.  For example, Service portal fundamentals, we need to complete a learning that will cost us 500 USD/ 500 learning credits
