I am unable to reschedule my CSA. My exam was scheduled for June 4th. I did not pass and have been trying to reschedule since then.

Hi @Gomatesh 

The deadline has already passed, so you now need to pay the exam fee to register and appear for the exam. There is no other way to access it for free or get a complimentary attempt at this stage.

 

IMPORTANT:

There is a 3-day waiting period between the first and second attempt, 30 days between the second and third. All subsequent attempts require a 6-month waiting period. Partner discounts are applied at the time of payment.

 

NOTE: The retake fee is $150 for the CSA, CAD, and CPOA exams, and $225 for all CIS exams.

Hi Dr. Atul,

Apologies for jumping on this thread, but I am in an urgent situation regarding my upcoming exam and hope you or a community moderator can help escalate it.

I have an active case open to change my CSA exam mode from Online (OnVUE) to Onsite (Asaba Center) and reschedule it, but the ticket hasn't been attended to yet. My current virtual appointment is scheduled for this Friday, June 19, 2026 (Order: 0079-5649-0250).

Because of the 72-hour policy rule, I am dangerously close to losing my slot entirely due to persistent webcam/hardware errors with the OnVUE app. The portal does not allow me to modify or cancel the exam on the web myself.

Could you or any training admin tag someone who can look into my ticket urgently so I don't forfeit my attempt? I just need the backend override to change it to an onsite center.
