This is just the topic list, not actual content so what they are teaching and how deep is unknown. Having a long list does not guarantee that content will be good. If you are learning then use multiple resources- youtube videos, Udemy + Servicenow University course + developer site as well. Knowledge is everywhere now a days.

The content definitely looks good and covers some important topics. But I agree with what @Nikhil Bajaj9 mentioned — knowledge is everywhere nowadays. You can learn from YouTube videos, the ServiceNow Community, ServiceNow learning courses, or even use AI tools like ChatGPT.
That said, if you want a proper schedule, structured syllabus, and disciplined approach, then enrolling in a formal course could be a good option. At the end of the day, it really depends on your learning style and preference.
