I Wish I'd Had Known This Earlier: ServiceNow Project Roles and Responsibilities

 

A few weeks ago, I shared a video about a mistake I made when I first started working with ServiceNow, and it really resonated with many of you! Building on that, I want to talk about something else I didn’t know when I first started—this time, it's more about “professional insight” than technical know-how, and it's just as crucial in the long run.

 

When I began, I had no idea what an Engagement Manager was, how they differed from a Project Manager, what a Change Lead did, or that there were different types of Architects (like Solution or Technical). While you don’t need to know every detail of these roles, having a high-level understanding of what they do and how they contribute to the team is invaluable.

 

Join me over the next 4 weeks as I release a 4-part video series exploring various project roles you might encounter during your ServiceNow career:

Each video will break down key roles, providing descriptions, salary estimates, responsibilities (including document management), who they interact with, and relevant certifications.
