Incomplete IRM simulator (xanadu): Risk Management Workspace is unavailable

Hello, 

I am currently performing the tasks proposed in the GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Simulator (Xanadu). I have just realised that the 'Risk Managament Workspace'  is not installed and tasks where sn_risk_workspace.operational_risk_manager role is required cannot be performed (in the ws. I do them in the classic UI if possible). When trying to installled the missing app, I get the message "Unable to download app package"

Has anyone already experienced this issue? How to sort it out?

Hi @Christophe12,

if you have a simulator instance related to some lab, all the required and neccessary features shall be available.

Could you possibly share some context - screenshot, what user (role) is accessing what, etc?
