ServiceNow administrator fundamental Xanadu - Instance launch stuck on "Please wait as this may take up to 20 minutes" for the past 8hours. I have refresh, closed, re-launched,  clear cache and browsing history but no luck. I am using it on Edge.

Any ideas?

Hi @owogbemudia

Generally, lab instances take time to load—sometimes up to 30-45 minutes. So, please wait.
