As of now, there is no official statement from ServiceNow regarding free or discounted certification vouchers.
So, itās best to keep an eye on the ServiceNow website or Now Learning/University portal for any updates.
Community members may not be able to help much on this topic at the moment.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

No @Alok Gupta5 It depends on the agreement and whether you're working with a ServiceNow partner or not.
If youāre working with a partner, please check with your manager. Otherwise, it may be a paid engagement.
