Thank you for those who attended LAB2998a (EMEA Region) Tuesday, May 5th!!
Reminder: You can complete the Field Service Mobile Experience section (for your respective device) in your Lab Guidebook at anytime. It is a self-contained Mobile Agent Demo Environment and it does not rely on the instance that you reserved for yourself today. Feel free to also share it with others who want to take a self-guided tour of the Mobile Agent application! The Lab Guidebook will be available for at least 1 year from today; revisit it at any time!

Hello,
In addition to time and location of the assignment, does Route Optimization take in account 'estimated time on site' ?

Hi Cortni, thanks for your question! Estimated time on site and estimated time of travel between work orders can be used when creating a work order template. Route Optimization primarily looks at the the location the technician will start his route from and the last stop of his schedule for the day and propose the shortest route, distance wise.

Hi Cortni, I assume by estimated time you refer to the planned work duration.
All Tasks have a duration and this is considered while scheduling and optimizing.
