Hi Marco,

 

I'm looking for a similarity solution in servicenow. I need to use two tables (e.g. incident and knowledge tables) and then I need to compare between the short descriptions of tickets/incidents and kb articles. It would be a great help if you can suggest me some materials or suggestion to implement this solution in servicenow.
