Lab 2.1.1 Module 2 Explore the power of the ServiceNow Platform

In the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals Lab 2.1.1  Module 2, Section 2. Change the company name, the "Cloud Dimensions" company record is not returned.  Am I supposed to add the company, though the lab doesn't instruct to do so.  Any suggestions?

Did you search for the company Your name here (step 9)? You need to open this record and update the name to Cloud Dimensions and ensure that the other steps are also followed.

Good afternoon @CN-L, yes I did.  It did not work.  I figured out how to add what was needed to complete the lab.

• Navigate: Go to the Application Navigator and type core_company.list
• or navigate to User Administration > Companies.
• Search for "Cloud Dimensions". If it does not exist, click New and create the company record.
• Open the record and update the name to Cloud Dimensions.
• Ensure that the Primary checkbox is set to true for Cloud Dimensions if instructed
