Lab Instance misses data in "Welcome to ServiceNow Course - List and Filters task"

In the List and Filter Module, I am unable to work on the "List and Filters task". 

 

  1. Request Instance
  2. Open Instance
  3. Impersonate User -> Platform User
    • Tried with "System Adminstrator" too, did not work
  4. Go to "Incident" -> "All" the list is completely empty

Am I missing something?
Without it, I can't complete the task and therefore the cours.

sure, that is the list without any Incident inside "Incident - All".

It looks like you have clicked on 'Self-Service > Incidents' when you should have clicked on 'Incident > All'.

yes was also puzzled that it is hard to distinguish them, so I checked again.

Unfortunately no incidents anywhere. Since this is the second instance I try with, I assume there is something wrong in provisioning the lab instance.

 

These are screenshots from "Incident - > All", "Service Desk -> Incident" and "Self-Service -> Incident" in that order.
