Lab Instance misses data in "Welcome to ServiceNow Course - List and Filters task"

In the List and Filter Module, I am unable to work on the "List and Filters task". 

 

  1. Request Instance
  2. Open Instance
  3. Impersonate User -> Platform User
    • Tried with "System Adminstrator" too, did not work
  4. Go to "Incident" -> "All" the list is completely empty

Am I missing something?
Without it, I can't complete the task and therefore the cours.

Hi, so I created another instance, the third one, now it seems to work.
