Hey Dave,
I know this is a long shot, but zoom says this about a black screen. https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/202082128-Black-Screen-During-Screen-Sharing

Hello Ben, Miguel
Great Lab!
A question, in the section 3, section "Request the Affected User If Not", step 6 the condition in the lab says: "is not" but the screenshot show us "is" condition, is an "errata"?
Thanks,
Ariel

Ariel, the instructions are correct, it's the graphic that is not.

Reposting an interesting question from the chat.
Can playbooks be leveraged in incident, problem, change, etc.

Hola Ariel! Thanks for the compliments.
Yes that is a typo, the screen cap is mistaken it should read 'is not'.
You want to loop as long as the user is not defined.
Well spotted.
Regards
Miguel

Hello Nithin, as we commented during the session, Flow designer can be leveraged for automation in any area of ServiceNow.
The playbook concept is a generic one, it is just a question to have the automation be triggered on the Incident, problem or change table.
