I was also unable to find instructions for 1.3 and 1.4 --

Greetings!

1.3) Open Service Operations Case from filter navigator and open the incident you have created. It will be in Ready state. Change the status to work in progress (start work).

1.4) search Employee service center in filter navigator. On top right menu you will find My requests. Check the incident you have created.

For 1.3

On Banner frame / or in application navigator , search for Service Operation workspace and search for incident which you created and move to Work in progress.

 

For 1.4

Search Employee Service centre in application navigator and there you will get option to search my request.
