Learn how to use ServiceNow GlideAjax

Join me for a quick ServiceNow Snack where we take a moment to learn about GlideAjax. GlideAjax tends to be intimidating to a lot of people as it requires code and multiple components, but it's important to understand what it is, why you should use it, when to use it, and how to use it.

When working within the client, it's important to understand the tools you have available to ensure the user experience isn't impacted and that you're following leading practices.

• Do you know what AJAX stands for?
• Do you know why the word "Glide" is named in various APIs (to include in the name of the original company name prior to it being renamed to ServiceNow)?
• Do you know about container variables?
