Dear All,
I was into the a CSA exam today and after 15 minutes into the exam I was asked to switch on the Web Cam, the web cam however was tested...before I started the exam...it was working absolutely fine. I have been working with the Kryterion support for the past one hour without any results.. however my PC camera is working fine now I an stuck and it is almost midnight here. Did someone experience ?

I don't think anybody at ServiceNow can do something about it because csa exams are wholly operated by kryterion.
That's the problem with offsite online exams. If something goes wrong with the your pc, network, or your camera, it's the responsibility of the test taker.
The best you can do probably is to allow you to reschedule to retake the exam.
I know it's kind of dangerous now, but i still prefer to the on-site exams because if something goes wrong, it'll be the fault of the testing center and they'll let me re-reschedule the exam without too much fuss.
BTW, I actually have experienced technical problems at testing centers several times and they've always been nice on letting me reschedule the exams.

Personally I would never risk an exam voucher and test attempt by doing it at home as there could be a range of issues - internet or camera that could crop up.. Best to do it at a center where you have some assistance in sudden hiccups and you are not isolated for help to proceed with the exam..

Yeah I contacted Kryterion they are not able to help and neither I am getting help in rescheduling the exam. I am still waiting

Yes that is what I am seeing...Kryterion has the worst service in terms of customer support they just want me to restart the browser so that the agent gets logged off and again people have to wait on line. However the proctor said that the exam would still be on hold & can use it going if I am logging in... again but not sure how much it would be valid. This is sheer harrasment by the testing center. The web CAM is working fine I checked it and now if Sentinel SW is not able to connect to the web cam how it is the test taker fault
