Dear All,
I was into the a CSA exam today and after 15 minutes into the exam I was asked to switch on the Web Cam, the web cam however was tested...before I started the exam...it was working absolutely fine. I have been working with the Kryterion support for the past one hour without any results.. however my PC camera is working fine now I an stuck and it is almost midnight here. Did someone experience ?

I don't think anybody at ServiceNow can do something about it because csa exams are wholly operated by kryterion.
That's the problem with offsite online exams. If something goes wrong with the your pc, network, or your camera, it's the responsibility of the test taker.
The best you can do probably is to allow you to reschedule to retake the exam.
I know it's kind of dangerous now, but i still prefer to the on-site exams because if something goes wrong, it'll be the fault of the testing center and they'll let me re-reschedule the exam without too much fuss.
BTW, I actually have experienced technical problems at testing centers several times and they've always been nice on letting me reschedule the exams.

Hope they can provide with another voucher to retake the exam.
It seems like most of the time, things goes fine. It's just sometimes that things doesn't work out. Internet and technologies aren't 100% perfect. Quality of service is really about how companies handle when things aren't working out.
