Hi everyone,
I’m planning to take the CIS-SIR (Certified Implementation Specialist – Security Incident Response) exam soon, and I want to make sure I’m approaching my preparation the right way. I’ve gone through the official ServiceNow training materials and documentation, but I’m wondering if that alone is enough to pass—or if I should be supplementing with more targeted resources.
For those of you who’ve taken the exam:
How close is the actual exam to the practice questions found online?
Are there particular topics or question types that tend to trip people up?
Did you focus more on theory, or was hands-on practice equally important?
I’ve used the practice tests from Passexam_4_sure and it seems promising, but I’d still like to hear from others on whether real exam scenarios matched what you studied.
Any advice, tips, or even mistakes to avoid would be super helpful. I really want to go in feeling confident and prepared.
Thanks in advance!
