I'm Ahmed Kayyali and I'm a NOC Engineer in working to implement Discovery/CMDB with Service Now and hopefully Event Management soon. I have very little Service Mapping experience.

I've lived in North Carolina since I was 3 with only a vacation here or there. This whole year has been an adventure for me. I've visited New York City, New Haven, Boston, Sacramento, San Francisco, Kansas City, Denver, and Austin all in 2018. My partner has been interviewing for forensic psychiatry fellowships and I've been traveling with him for support and to explore the cities to eventually move to. He got a great offer in Denver and we both loved it. We'll be moving there next June, and I'm so glad that the adventures have subsided for the rest of the year!

I've been the admin of Zenoss, our monitoring platform that we use the event console directly.
