Active duty 1st Lieutenant in the Air Force, working analytics for the Air Force Manpower Analysis Agency. Took the Fundamentals course, but I'll be assisting with building metrics and analytics for our projects as we move to ServiceNow in the future.

Hello, I'm Pat Gieser and I'm in St. Paul, MN. I work at Ecolab and I'm in a newly created role on our Customer Digital Support team. I'll be our platform owner for the CMS instance so I'll hold the keys to basically everything. I have very good experience in with SN ITSM.
