Missing “Validate Task” Button in Welcome to ServiceNow Simulator

Hello Community,

I am currently enrolled in the Welcome to ServiceNow on-demand course. In the module Next Experience, Navigation, and Access Task, the simulator only shows the task instructions, but there is no “Validate Task” button or any way to complete/submit the task.

My instance is active (not expired), and I can access the environment, but the course is stuck at this step and won’t allow me to move forward. Screenshots attached for reference.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a fix or do I need the lab reset by Now Learning support?

Thank you in advance!

Hi @KLove888

It could be a lab-related issue. Please try logging out and logging back in, and then check if the issue still persists. If it does, it’s better to log a learning case with the team, and they will guide you further.

Hi Dr. Atul,

Just fyi, the issue occurred because I needed to learn how to work with "Instances."

Once I opened an Instance, and then waited for it to "Wake Up," I was automatically taken to the page that allowed me to complete all of my Simulator Tasks.

Thanks anyway!

Hi Nikhil,
I submitted quite a few screenshots. I'm not sure why you didn't see them.
