Hi All,
I have 6 + years experience in ServiceNow (Incident Management, Change Management , Problem Management, Service Requests etc) .
Now I am planning to take CSA certification .
After completing the CSA Certification , plan to take Support specialist (Practitioner support specialist) or Implementer.
Can you please suggest me which one is suitable for my experience?
Thanks

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer:
After CSA, focus on obtaining a certification in a specific area that aligns with your career goals and current experience. Here are some options:
Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management (ITSM)
Certified Implementation Specialist - Customer Service Management (CSM)
Certified Implementation Specialist - HR Service Delivery (HRSD)

Hi I've worked in the platform for about 14 years and what I found was that every company/customer I've worked with have their own definition of what an administrator, developer or implementor can do. Sometimes the expectation is all 3 even if you applied as an administrator. I would start with the certified sys admin as that's the start of fundamentals you'll need. Then certified application developer and certified implementation specialist for itsm. These are the other 2 that are very common with certification but also part of the fundamentals you need in ServiceNow. CSA, CAD and CIS ITSM are very common certs that are obtained that its a bit challenging just having these 3 certs amongst many others who would obtained the same. Try specializing in other popular areas like SecOps or ITOM. Hope this helps
