Hi Everyone,
I have cleared CSA exam in January this year on Rome edition. I'm new to ServiceNow and I don't have clarity about Delta exam. Some one please answer my following questions:
I)On which version, I have to give Delta exam(Rome/San Diego)?
II)Till which date can I give this Delta exam and how many free attempts I have?
III)From where to apply for this Delta exam and where I can get study material/Syllabus?
IV)What will be the mode of exam?
Please answer my question ASAP.
Thanks All..

Hi
Take up the Delta exam for San diego.
Here is Everything you want to know :
- Delta exams are updated and required after every new release (new releases generally occur every March/April and September/October)
- The delta exam period for this new release is currently estimated to be from May 5th, 2022 through August 3rd, 2022.
- They consist of 10 or less questions
- They are open book, non-proctored, timed (1 hour) assessments to see if you're familiar with the latest release information
- Last Fall, applicable for those who had at least 1 mainline certification for a period of 1 year or longer, there was a $200 yearly certification maintenance fee that was due. When you paid this fee, it covered you through that Fall and the following Spring's ServiceNow release. Every Fall, the $200 maintenance fee is due again. To reiterate, you will only owe this fee if you have had at least 1 mainline ServiceNow certification for 1 year or longer by the time this maintenance fee is due.
- You are required to take this delta exam (regardless if you owe a maintenance fee or not) if you did not take your certification exam on the latest ServiceNow release (meaning after May 4th, 2022).
- Login to Now Learning, click "My Certifications", if one is listed as At Risk, take the delta
- You can fail the delta exam up to 4 times (with 24 hours wait time between each attempt). After August 3rd, 2022, you will become uncertified and need to take the original certification exam all over again.
- Refer to San Diego release notes as the delta exams cover this content
- Here's my personal recommendation link which all you need to do is choose San Diego version, select release notes, search the question, find the answer, pass the exam.
- August 3: San Diego Delta Exam window closes
-
- Certifications will expire if Delta Exams are not completed
- August 3: San Diego Sales and Pre-sales Delta Accreditations window closes
-
- Accreditations will expire if Accreditation Exams are not completed
