@heather_appell,

the list of available resources is already longer, maybe you want to update it.

I haven't seen your post and composed this with the same:

MeasureUp is asking me for a Product Key Registration. Do we have to buy something or has that already bee setup and we have a corporate ServiceNow Product Key we enter?

The MeasureUp Practice Tests may be "official", and ServiceNow Knowledge Documentation claims that "They mirror the real exam experience, giving learners trusted, realistic preparation that builds confidence for certification success."

However, the MeasureUp Practice Tests only mirror the "experience". Less than five of the questions in those practice tests are also in the actual tests. So the claim that they provide "realistic preparation that builds confidence" is legally dubious at best. This is because the time spent on the MeasureUp Practice Tests has very little bearing on whether you will pass the actual tests. So any confidence obtained through the Practice Tests is misplaced.
